Description

This animated commercial for GoodRx features an anthropomorphic prairie dog standing on a wooden stage in a western town setting. The character, introduced as Dusty Pete, holds a wallet in front of a vintage microphone against a backdrop of wooden buildings, hay bales, and a vintage yellow truck under a night sky. Later scenes transition to a daytime desert landscape with rocky outcrops, cacti, and canyons while the character holds a smartphone displaying the GoodRx branding. On-screen text captions accompany the audio throughout the sequence. The production was created for the Jim project by GoodRx, with production by Ben Conway and post-production and sound by Alkemy X.
