Gizelle Hernandez, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

Captured by photographer and filmmaker Gizelle Hernandez, this portrait features a young man seated in the back seat of a vehicle. He wears a yellow hooded sweatshirt bearing text across the chest. The entire interior of the car is bathed in a warm, monochromatic orange and red ambient glow, casting soft highlights and deep shadows across his face and clothing. The composition focuses intimately on the subject as he gazes thoughtfully away from the camera. The cinematic lighting and moody color grading create an atmospheric, contemplative visual tone.
