Description

This striking close-up photograph by Fulvio Bonavia captures a vibrant blue thistle flower entangled with a delicate, translucent sheet of plastic film. The spiky spherical bloom and its serrated leaves are sharply focused against a smooth, pale gradient background. Clean, even lighting highlights the intricate textures of the plant and the crinkled surface of the plastic wrapping. The composition creates a stark contrast between natural botanical forms and synthetic material.
