Hampshire County Council Fostering 2025

Description

This animated video created by Hampshire County Council for the Fostering project illustrates the journey of a child entering a foster family during the winter holidays. The sequence transitions from a lonely scene of a child looking out a window into a warm household where foster parents and family members welcome them. Simple pink line drawings set against soft winter and holiday backdrops highlight the emotional transition to a supportive foster home. The narrative emphasizes belonging, community support, and the positive impact of foster care.
