Description

This overhead photograph captures a dense bed of pale blue-green succulent plants spreading across a dry earth ground. The fleshy, finger-like leaves catch natural sunlight, casting soft shadows across the low-growing foliage and tangled stems beneath. The composition focuses entirely on the organic textures and muted tones of the vegetation. Natural light illuminates the scene, highlighting the dusty pastel coloration of the plants. The photograph was captured by photographer Emily Maye.
