Dean Mackenzie, Photographer, Auckland

Description

This landscape photograph by Dean Mackenzie captures two people sitting by a small campfire in an open mountain valley at dusk. A couple wearing beanies and jackets are seated on rocks facing one another, raising white beer cans in a toast. The background features rugged hills and prominent snow-dusted mountain peaks under a clear fading sky. The warm glow of the fire illuminates the foreground against the cool blue tones of the surrounding wilderness.
