Description

This expressive portrait illustration by London-based illustrator David Downton depicts a man smoking a cigarette. Rendered in fluid ink and paint on off-white paper, the artwork features minimalist, confident brushstrokes that define the subject's sharp facial features, dark hair, and jacket. The gestural marks capture a classic, moody atmosphere with high contrast between the dark ink and the pale background.
