Dan Saelinger, Photographer, New York

Description

This studio still-life photograph by photographer Dan Saelinger features a modern articulated desk lamp with a white shade and wooden arm structure. The lamp sits on a grey surface against a pale blue background, casting a distinct beam of light composed of vertical turquoise, yellow, and orange-red stripes. The clean composition uses sharp angles and solid colour blocks to create a striking graphic effect. The lighting is bright and controlled, highlighting the textures of the wood and metal lamp elements while casting a single sharp shadow on the right.
