Description

This portrait photograph by Coty Tarr captures a pickleball player from behind on an outdoor court during golden hour. The subject features long dreadlocks and wears a dark zip-up jacket with striped sleeve details paired with light-coloured athletic shorts. A pickleball paddle floats mid-air in front of the subject's hand against a backdrop of dark asphalt with court line markings and sunlit trees. Warm directional sunlight catches the edges of the hair and clothing, creating high-contrast lighting with deep shadows. The composition emphasizes the athletic stance and natural environment.
