Sharyn Cairns, Photographer, Melbourne

Description

This interior photograph by Melbourne-based photographer Sharyn Cairns captures a bright hallway with dark wood herringbone flooring and crisp white walls. A black-framed glass door stands slightly ajar in the foreground on the left, looking down the corridor toward a salmon-pink doorway in the distance. Along the right-hand wall, a long white console shelf displays decorative objects including a red-and-white patterned vessel and small ceramic bowls, with a framed print hanging above. In the background room to the left, a modern blue upholstered chair is partially visible, creating depth within the clean, minimalist composition.
