Clayton Hauck, Photographer, Chicago

Description

A vertical portrait by photographer Clayton Hauck captures a man reading a copy of Studs Terkel inside a library in Chicago. The subject wears a dark blue bomber jacket over a white t-shirt, a black beanie, and wire-rimmed glasses, holding the book open with both hands as he focuses intently on the pages. The background features a brick wall and blurred shelving characteristic of a library interior, illuminated with soft ambient lighting.
