About

This interior portrait captured by photographer Christopher Ireland in Sydney features a man seated on a metal-legged stool in a room densely packed with vinyl records. He wears a dark denim jacket, dark trousers, and dark boots while holding a cigarette to his mouth. The surrounding space includes towering black shelves overflowing with records, record crates with stickers, and a turntable on a low cabinet. The lighting is natural and ambient, illuminating the cluttered domestic or retail environment against a red carpet floor.
