Description

A pilot wearing a specialized flight helmet with a clear protective visor and headset microphone sits inside the cockpit of a helicopter. The subject's raised arm reaches toward overhead instrument panels, catching bright backlighting from a low sun outside the window. The interior is bathed in warm, directional light with deep shadows outlining the contours of the uniform and helmet. Out-of-focus terrain is visible through the windscreen against a bright sky. The composition emphasizes the silhouette and profile of the pilot against the glowing background.
