Beth Galton, Photographer, New York

Description

This dynamic food photography image by New York-based creative Beth Galton captures a suspended moment of preparation. Crisp green lettuce leaves and toasted croutons cascade upward and float in mid-air above a dark, reflective bowl. Bright backlighting illuminates the edges of the tumbling vegetables against a stark, overexposed white background. The high-speed capture freezes the chaotic motion of the tossed ingredients with crisp clarity. The composition emphasizes the vibrant textures and natural tones of fresh produce.
