About

This sports commercial video created by Bastion Creative in Sydney features female rugby players engaged in rigorous field training and intimate indoor interviews. The footage cuts between action shots on an outdoor rugby pitch under overcast skies and close-up portraits of athletes wearing branded team jerseys. Natural lighting highlights the gritty atmosphere of the practice sessions, complemented by cool blue lighting in the interview scenes. The video captures the determination and athleticism of the players as they train and speak directly to the camera.
