Attila Hartwig, Photographer, Berlin

Description

This striking fine art photograph by Berlin-based photographer Attila Hartwig features a blooming pink lotus flower as its central subject. The flower is delicately encased within a clear, hemispherical glass dome that rests upon a broad, dark green lotus leaf below. The composition is captured against a moody, gradient background that transitions from pale grey at the top to deep charcoal at the base. Soft, diffused lighting accentuates the translucent petals of the lotus and creates a subtle highlight on the curved surface of the glass. The minimalist arrangement and precise focus highlight the contrasting natural textures and ethereal qualities of the botanical subject.
