Ariana Nakata, Set Designer, Los Angeles

Description

An ensemble cast of ten individuals is gathered on a sandy beach in a coastal environment. Several people stand while others are seated near a small campfire and rustic camp structures. The background features rugged mountain slopes and an expansive ocean under a dramatic, heavily clouded stormy sky. The lighting has a dramatic quality with strong highlights on the subjects against the cool-toned background. Set design by Ariana Nakata shapes the environmental details of the campsite.
