Aaron Brimhall, Photographer, New York

Description

This photograph by Aaron Brimhall captures a dynamic perspective from inside a fast-moving motorboat on a serene lake. The wooden deck and white-and-blue upholstered seating of the boat occupy the right foreground, while its powerful wake churns up white foam to the left. In the distance, gentle mountains rise under a hazy sky, with a prominent diagonal lens flare cutting across the upper portion of the frame. The warm lighting and motion blur convey a strong sense of speed and open-water adventure.
