Sporthotel Lorünser

Sporthotel Lorünser · Brand Identity

Sporthotel Lorünser, a historic alpine destination in Zürs am Arlberg, has unveiled a comprehensive brand identity that balances heritage with modern hospitality design. The project synthesizes a century of ski-resort history through a refined visual language, utilizing a distinct burgundy and cream palette anchored by elegant serif typography and minimalist red line-art illustrations. Developed with graphic design from Teel, the identity system spans digital interface layouts, stationery, and collateral, alongside motion graphics that animate archival photography and intricate ornamental scrollwork. The work incorporates a blend of commercial motion sequences and static UI illustrations, documenting the hotel's evolution from its founding in 1927 to its current status as a mountain resort. By weaving together traditional motifs—such as red wax seals and engraved architectural sketches—with contemporary digital composition, the project establishes a cohesive presence for the establishment across print and screen.
