Zimmermann’s Resort Swim campaign captures a Mediterranean-inspired getaway, framing talent Irina Shayk against rugged coastal shorelines and whitewashed architecture. The project leans into an editorial aesthetic, utilizing natural light and warm, sun-drenched palettes to highlight the intricate textures of the collection’s ruffles, lace, and patterned ensembles. Photographer Benny Horne captures the series with an observational approach, alternating between candid, relaxed poses on rocky terraces and elevated portraits overlooking expansive blue waters. A central video component, directed by Justin Woo, expands the campaign’s narrative through cinematic Super 8 film techniques. The moving image work introduces nostalgic 1980s-inspired textures and light leaks, grounding the collection in a soft, vintage atmosphere. Across both still and motion assets, the imagery emphasizes a cohesive, effortless mood, supported by hair styling by Neil Moodie and makeup artistry by Benjamin Puckey.
