Satin Roads is a fashion editorial series produced for WRPD Magazine, blending sharp tailoring with the raw, textural grit of urban architecture. Captured by photographer Nina Raasch and styled by Saskia Jung, the project focuses on high-contrast silhouettes and minimalist layering, set against concrete walls, weathered metal, and paved alleyways. The imagery employs an analogue / film aesthetic, leaning into natural light to accentuate the tactile qualities of the apparel. Featuring model Ireen, the editorial navigates a range of environments—from architectural stone pillars to industrial storefronts—maintaining a clean, deliberate composition throughout the series. The work highlights avant-garde accessories and structured garments, creating a consistent visual language that prioritizes texture and form.
