Description

WORLDS AWAY is a fashion editorial produced for Grazia Middle East that leans into a raw, travel-inspired narrative. Photographed by Vladimir Martí under the creative direction of Dane Stojanovic, the project explores the interplay between high-end accessories and the weathered, rustic architecture of historic canal-side settings. The series captures model Alexandra Mangina against a backdrop of distressed plaster, aged brickwork, and traditional wooden piers, utilizing warm, high-contrast natural light to accentuate textural details. Stylist Carmelo Corvaia creates a sophisticated contrast between sharp, minimalist tailoring—ranging from leather ensembles to cream-toned mini dresses—and the gritty, timeworn environments. The editorial incorporates tactile elements such as embroidered wool and metallic handbag hardware, framed with a cinematic sensibility. Hair styling by Jean-Luc Amarin and makeup by Vania Cesarato support the aesthetic, with production by Jean-Marc Mondelet.
