Wandler PS25 Campaign

Apr 2025
The Wandler PS25 campaign masterfully leans into an aesthetic of editorial minimalism, placing the brand’s latest collection of bags and accessories at the absolute center of the frame. Through a series of clean, high-impact portraits, the project bridges the gap between commercial desirability and artful photography. Each image utilizes live-action technique to breathe life into the structured leather silhouettes, balancing soft light and glossy finishes to create a cohesive, polished visual narrative. By juxtaposing stark, off-white studio backdrops against unexpected elements—like a distressed gold-leaf wall or a voluminous ostrich feather wrap—the campaign establishes a sophisticated tension that emphasizes both the craftsmanship of the leather and the avant-garde styling of the apparel. Marina Fairfax served as the casting director, sourcing talent whose neutral, deliberate expressions ground the campaign, allowing the intricate hardware and crescent-shaped forms of the bags to become the true protagonists of the imagery. The result is a refined exploration of modern luxury that feels both grounded in earthy, tactile reality and aspirational in its execution. Whether highlighting the sharp architecture of a brown leather handbag or the matte texture of a shoulder bag, the campaign remains committed to a clean, focused delivery that serves as a masterclass in fashion accessory storytelling for the upcoming season.
