Vogue Taiwan Petal Power 2025

About

Petal Power is a fashion editorial series for Vogue Taiwan that explores sculptural silhouettes and botanical textures. The project features a diverse array of avant-garde attire, from voluminous ruffled dresses and leopard-print gowns to structured, petal-adorned pieces that draw on organic forms. The editorial, edited by Leslie Sun, utilizes soft, directional lighting and minimalist studio backdrops to emphasize the interplay between fabric, foliage, and architectural elements like traditional shoji screens. With hair styling by Weic Lin and modeling by Hsin-Yu Liu, the imagery leans into moody, chiaroscuro-inspired compositions, balancing clean studio aesthetic with tactile, earthy details.
