Oh Capitan, Mi Capitan is a fashion editorial for Vogue España that leans into a vibrant, nautical-inspired aesthetic. Photographed by David Gomez Maestre, the series features model Annemary Aderibigbe in a range of environments, from coastal shipyards to textured urban settings, emphasizing bold color blocking and graphic patterns. The imagery utilizes natural light to highlight the intricate draping and sculptural silhouettes of the garments. The visual execution relies on high-contrast compositions and warm palettes, frequently employing analogue film techniques to capture a tactile, authentic quality. Styling by Alicia Padrón blends avant-garde textures with classic apparel, while hair and makeup by Vicent Guijarro anchor the look with sharp, graphic accents. Casting for the project was led by Janay Bailey.
