Vaseline Originals explores the evolution of digital beauty culture through a montage of archival clips and user-generated content. Produced for the cosmetic brand, the project examines the history of petroleum jelly hacks through a lens of internet content sharing and creator attribution. Created by agency Ogilvy Singapore with production support from Whitecoat Productions Singapore, the film employs a fast-paced editing style to bridge the gap between vintage material and modern digital clips. The visual narrative integrates split-screen video formats, dynamic text overlays, and graphic typography, leaning into a contemporary commercial aesthetic.
