Milano Mood is a fashion editorial series for Gentleman Magazine, captured by photographer Simone Battistoni. The collection spotlights contemporary menswear through a series of cinematic, urban-focused portraits that emphasize sharp tailoring and structured layering. Working alongside fashion editor and stylist Stefano Spinetta, the project leans into a nostalgic, warm aesthetic. The imagery utilizes natural light and a shallow depth of field to create atmosphere, placing the model within the bustling, softly blurred streets of Milan. Hair stylist Matteo Bartolini rounds out the creative team, ensuring the grooming remains polished and cohesive across the diverse range of outfits. From trench coats to double-breasted suits, the editorial highlights a sophisticated approach to layering and texture. The series effectively captures a sense of movement and contemplation, grounded by intentional use of golden hour lighting and soft flares.
