The ANDRON JOURNAL - CONFLICT project serves as a masterclass in fashion editorial storytelling, masterfully balancing the precision of high-end tailoring with a deeply psychological, ethereal aesthetic. Captured through the lens of photographer Josh Hight under the vision of creative director and fashion editor Kaner Kivanc, the series leans into the tension between structure and abstraction. By utilizing experimental techniques such as analogue film, double exposure, and multiple exposure, the team elevates the traditional portrait into something surreal and kinetic. The imagery moves fluidly between high-contrast chiaroscuro lighting, which emphasizes the sculptural architectural lines of luxury garments from houses like Dries Van Noten and Willy Chavarria, and minimalist, natural light compositions that highlight texture and form. Model Kirill Sokolovski anchors these varied perspectives, transitioning seamlessly from rigid, formal poses to dynamic, motion-blur captured moments.
