Lumen Spring 2025 Covers is an expansive series of editorial portraits for the fashion publication Lumen Digital. The collection spans a range of high-contrast monochrome studio work and textural, natural-light exterior shots, unified by a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The project features photography by Arved Colvin-Smith, Christopher Polack, and Hristo Hristov, who utilize sharp, directional lighting to emphasize sculptural garments, metallic accessories, and intricate hair styling. The imagery focuses on form and texture, from clay-based makeup applications to heavy chainmail, all framed by bold, consistent magazine typography. Fashion editing and styling were directed by Sayuri Bloom, with hair styling by Johanna Cree Brown and detailed retouching by Mario Seyer. The series features models including Aden Kepler, Georgia Chambers, Malaika Firth, and Sylver Sander, alongside a portrait of David Koma, in a sequence that leans into editorial portraiture, monochromatic minimalism, and chiaroscuro lighting techniques.
