Autumn Awakening, an editorial spread for V Magazine, captures a cinematic and atmospheric exploration of tailored silhouettes set against stark coastal landscapes. Through the lens of photographer Blair Getz Mezibov, the series leans into a monochrome aesthetic that emphasizes the tactile contrast between structured wools, leather, and the rugged, industrial textures of a maritime environment. The imagery features model Guinevere van Seenus in an array of oversized suiting, structured overcoats, and sharp shirting. The execution prioritizes an introspective mood, utilizing natural light and an analogue film grain to ground the fashion in a raw, desaturated setting. Creative contributions were provided by fashion editor Gro Curtis, hair stylist Teddy Charles, and makeup artist Tayler Treadwell, with casting direction by Chloe Rosolek.
