Us & Costumes is a fashion editorial series for Madame Figaro that explores the intersection of sharp, structured tailoring and contemporary urban life. Photographed by Jette Stolte, the project captures model Mariina Keskitalo across various city settings, from waterfront boardwalks to industrial streetscapes, leaning into a candid, observational aesthetic. Technically diverse in its execution, the series oscillates between high-contrast monochrome analogue film and clean, natural light colour photography. Throughout the editorial, the styling—complemented by hair by Olivier Lebrun—juxtaposes oversized wool suiting and heavy outerwear with unexpected accessories like baseball caps, sneakers, and patterned scarves to create a refined yet relaxed silhouette.
