Description
Under An Arctic Sky presents a trailer documenting an intense expedition through arctic waters. The project navigates the intersection of outdoor adventure sports and exploration, capturing the volatile environment of stormy, snow-dusted coastlines. The film utilizes cinematic live-action techniques to portray the landscape, moving from expansive aerial drone footage of turbulent seas to intimate, high-contrast close-ups of equipment and athletes in the surf. The visual language favors moody, desaturated tones that emphasize the stark, freezing conditions.
