Madame Germany: Über den Fluss und die Wälder
Nov 2026
Captured for Madame Germany, Über den Fluss und die Wälder is a fashion editorial series that explores a contemplative dialogue between high-fashion silhouettes and raw, organic wilderness. Photographer Olivier Yoan documents the model against a backdrop of dense woodland, overgrown ivy-covered brickwork, and reflective riverbanks, leaning into a moody and grounded aesthetic. The series features complex layering and rich textile detailing, from structured plaid coats and embellished quilted jackets to sheer fabrics and ruffled accents. The production makes extensive use of natural light and an earthy, desaturated palette to highlight the interplay between the model and the lush, atmospheric environment. Creative production was led by photographer Olivier Yoan, with fashion styling and concept by Carmen Färber. Hair styling by Keiichiro Hirano and makeup by Yin Lee complete the production, which utilises analogue film techniques to achieve a grainy, textured finish.
