Tales From The Country, the lead editorial feature for Issue 32 of Twin Magazine, presents a visual exploration of pastoral aesthetics and tactile fashion. The series relies on warm, natural light and carefully composed interior and woodland settings to ground its high-concept wardrobe in an organic atmosphere. Photographed by Suleika Mueller, the project features model Laura Rudd throughout a collection of portraits that balance saturated primary tones against earthy backdrops. The execution employs a clean, vertical editorial style, utilising soft directional lighting and elements of analogue film to enhance textile textures—from knitwear to feather headpieces. Fashion styling by Julia Brenard builds on these environments, blending structured layering with fluid, sculptural silhouettes. The visual narrative is supported by makeup artist Ciara O'Shea and casting director Emilie Åström.
