Tod's
Fall 2023 Ad Campaign

Jan 2024
For its Fall 2023 ad campaign, luxury house Tod's delivers a masterclass in editorial minimalism, seamlessly blending the brand's heritage of fine craftsmanship with a distinctly modern sensibility. Under the sharp creative direction of Charles Levai and Kevin Tekinel, the campaign serves as a visual dialogue between the controlled precision of the studio and the evocative grace of natural environments. Photographer Karim Sadli captures this duality through a series of striking portraits, utilizing clean studio strobe lighting to emphasize the rich, tactile qualities of structured leather handbags and tailored outerwear, while shifting to high-contrast black and white for outdoor scenes set against weathered stone and lush garden architecture. The narrative is brought to life by a sophisticated cast, including Lola Bahia, Walid Fiher, and Quentin Demeester, whose composed presence grounds the collection’s earthy, neutral palette. Stylist Brian Molloy punctuates the imagery with deliberate layering, where voluminous silhouettes meet sharp, tailored lines, ensuring every detail from the iconic metal T-hardware to the textured knitwear feels intentional and timeless. This campaign avoids excess in favor of a polished, refined aesthetic that leans into a quiet luxury narrative. By oscillating between the stark isolation of a beige backdrop and the cinematic texture of classical, nature-filled settings, the project positions Tod's as a perennial leader in high-end fashion, proving that true impact is often found in the deliberate harmony of fabric, form, and light.
