V Magazine’s ‘To the Manor Born’ is a multi-layered fashion editorial that explores the tension between structured, avant-garde tailoring and classical, opulent settings. Captured by photographer Alvaro Beamud Cortes, the series contrasts the rigid lines of contemporary luxury outerwear with the organic, manicured landscapes of formal gardens and ornate, wood-paneled interiors. Styling by Gro Curtis brings a theatrical edge to the collection, utilizing textured faux furs, dramatic headpieces, and sculptural silhouettes. The imagery employs a mix of clean monochrome palettes and rich, moody color, often leaning into the tactile quality of analogue film to accentuate the depth of the garments. With hair styling by Mijo Majhen and casting by Shaun Beyen, the production features models Karyna Maziar and Baptiste Vivo in a series of highly composed, cinematic portraits.
