Replacement is a fashion editorial series for The Greatest Magazine, captured by photographer Yves Borgwardt. The project juxtaposes minimalist studio work against raw, interior settings, moving from monochromatic portraits against white backdrops to candid frames set within vibrant, red-toned environments. Fashion editor and stylist Hakan Solak utilizes structured tailoring and color-blocked ensembles to define the series' contemporary visual language. Casting by Olga Sikorska completes the editorial, which incorporates techniques ranging from natural light portraiture to direct flash and analogue film, resulting in a varied aesthetic that oscillates between clean, high-contrast imagery and grainy, documentary-style captures.
