The Face Magazine presents "Untitled," an editorial photography project featuring the prolific artist Cindy Sherman. Captured through Sherman’s distinctive lens, the series leans into a theatrical, character-driven aesthetic where costume and environment create surreal, tactile narratives. Each portrait utilizes soft studio lighting and varied drapery to emphasize the intricate textures of oversized faux furs, high-fashion technical shells, and elaborate period-inspired garments. Developed under the guidance of Editor-in-Chief Matthew Whitehouse, the series pairs Sherman’s performance-based character work with intricate styling by Danny Reed and art direction by Sandra Leko. The project maintains a cohesive, highly saturated editorial quality, blending maximalist patterns and dramatic makeup applications across a diverse set of portraits.
