The Face Magazine presents "My chance has come at last," a fashion editorial series that juxtaposes high-concept apparel against stark, industrial landscapes. Captured by photographer Hendrik Schneider, the project utilizes heavy machinery and truck chassis as a backdrop, leaning into a gritty, desaturated aesthetic. Fashion editor America Korban emphasizes structural silhouettes through voluminous, textured garments, from layered faux-fur to feathered pieces and minimalist tailoring. The visual language relies on natural light to carve out dramatic, high-contrast shadows against asphalt and tyre rubber. Featuring model Eleanor Chambers, the series benefits from the creative input of hair stylist Soichi Inagaki and makeup artist Alice Dodds. Casting by Affa Osman rounds out the production, which employs a mix of low-angle framing and analogue film techniques to highlight the tension between soft textures and the hard, mechanical environment.
