The Great Escape is an editorial fashion series commissioned for The Collector Magazine. The project explores sculptural silhouettes and high-contrast composition, placing a heavy focus on the intricate textures of luxury apparel and accessories. Photographer Nicola Pagano captures the subject in a range of studio environments, moving between high-key, clean backgrounds and atmospheric low-key, chiaroscuro lighting. The visual narrative relies on the interplay of volume and detail, with fashion styling by Carlo Alberto Pregnolato and makeup by Mattia Andreoli. Utilizing editorial, monochrome, and analogue film techniques, the work emphasizes the craftsmanship of the featured garments and jewelry.
