T: The New York Times Style Magazine Take It Easy 2026

About

Take It Easy is a fashion editorial produced for T: The New York Times Style Magazine, captured by photographer Michael Hauptman. The project leans into a nostalgic lifestyle aesthetic, moving between sun-drenched coastal dunes and lush park settings to highlight contemporary menswear tailoring. Featuring models Adol Akuei, Hazem Aly, and Noah Loof, the series emphasises relaxed motion and dynamic interaction. With fashion styling by Sasha Kelly, the wardrobe balances structured blazers and dark trousers with fluid, layered shirting. Set design by Dylan Bailey complements the outdoor narrative through earthy, natural textures, while hair styling by Kazu Katahira rounds out the visual production. The imagery utilises analogue film and natural light to create a grainy, warm finish.
