Radically Simple is a fashion editorial feature for T: The New York Times Style Magazine, captured by photographer Julien Martinez Leclerc. The project centers on high-contrast, minimalist silhouettes set against a stark, winter landscape of snow-covered fields and bare trees. Fashion editor and stylist Vanessa Reid highlights tailored structure and dramatic layering, utilizing an architectural approach to winter wear. The imagery relies on the tactile quality of analogue film and natural light to maintain a desaturated, gritty aesthetic. Hair stylist Tom Wright and makeup artist Lucy Bridge maintain a restrained, precise finish on talent Boma Sunday, George Anderson, and Sarah Isaksen, while casting by Samuel Ellis Scheinman and set design by Afra Zamara round out the production.
