Cold Matter is a fashion editorial series for Spaghetti Magazine that explores the tension between high-fashion silhouettes and raw, alpine landscapes. Captured by photographer Alberto Alicata, the project juxtaposes sculptural knitwear and oversized tailoring against the rugged, earthy textures of mountain meadows, dense pine forests, and rustic timber structures. With makeup artistry by Filippo Ferrari, the visuals lean into a tactile aesthetic, utilizing natural light to highlight the intricate details of wool, fur, and metallic layering. The series maintains a consistent, moody atmosphere, blending refined styling with the organic, often surreal elements of a remote high-altitude environment.
