An Unconventional Bride is a fashion editorial series for Spaghetti Magazine that reimagines traditional bridal aesthetics through a contemporary, avant-garde lens. Photographed by Fabio Munis, the project leans into a minimalist studio aesthetic, utilising soft, natural light to highlight the intricate textures of lace, pearl embellishments, and structural tulle. The series explores the intersection of classic bridal motifs and modern styling, incorporating elements such as tailored blazers, metallic footwear, and sheer layering. Throughout the imagery, the execution relies on a clean, diptych-heavy composition that contrasts intimate close-up portraits with full-length editorial shots. The series captures a range of silhouettes, from high-low hemlines and cascading pearl gowns to structured ruffs and sheer corsetry, framed within a warm, analogue-inspired visual palette.
