MILLE ET UNE NUITS is a sprawling editorial fashion project for Silhouette Magazine that explores theatrical staging and avant-garde silhouette design. The series leans into a surreal, dreamlike atmosphere, blending vintage textile patterns with bold, structural tailoring. Fashion editor and stylist Kevin Lanoy anchors the visual narrative, utilizing an eclectic mix of voluminous layers, eccentric millinery, and tactile embellishments. The project contrasts intimate, richly carpeted bedroom settings with stark, low-key studio portraiture to emphasize texture and form. Hair by Nelson D and makeup by Hicham Ababsa heighten the narrative, framing models such as J Moon, Otalia Bolore, Rodah Nyahouw, Tancrede Scalabre, and Valya Fedotova in a series of layered, highly composed ensembles.
