600 congress

Sep 2025
The 600 Congress project by Scooter Roofing elevates the technical documentation of real estate property through an artful lens, transforming industrial roofing assessments into a compelling visual narrative. This commercial real estate campaign leans into the precision of Mediterranean-inspired architecture, emphasizing the intricate relationship between high-end residential design and its surrounding natural environment. By utilizing sophisticated drone and aerial photography, the imagery captures the complex geometric compositions of multi-pitched terracotta tile roofs, highlighting the tactile quality of weathered clay and natural stone masonry. Under the creative direction of Diana Destreeza, the project utilizes natural light to accentuate the rich, earthy gradients of the building materials, contrasting them against lush green landscapes and expansive blue skies. The result is a series of architectural shots that favor editorial minimalism, allowing the quality of the craftsmanship to speak for itself without excessive artifice. By framing the property from high-angle perspectives, the work emphasizes the structural integrity of the home while simultaneously situating it within a peaceful, sprawling topography. This approach successfully merges the functional requirements of property marketing with a refined, aesthetic sensibility, proving that even the most technical elements of real estate development can resonate as visually arresting art when documented with focus and intentionality.
