Schiaparelli
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Sep 2024
Schiaparelli’s Fall 2024 campaign is a masterful exercise in surrealist elegance, anchoring the house’s avant-garde vision within the historic tapestry of Paris. Under the sharp creative direction of Daniel Roseberry, the project leans into a cinematic nocturnal atmosphere, where the cobblestone plazas of Place Vendome serve as a moody, dramatic backdrop for the collection’s structural rigor. Captured through the lens of Johnny Dufort, these editorial images utilize a mix of natural light and precise flash to accentuate the interplay between polished textures and historical architecture. The campaign skillfully navigates the tension between the classical and the contemporary, presenting a visual narrative that is as much about the environment as it is the clothing. From models posed against weathered bronze monuments to intimate studio-lit compositions featuring the house’s signature metallic-embellished accessories, the imagery remains rooted in high-fashion storytelling. The use of long-exposure motion blur and sharp, directional lighting heightens the sense of dynamism, framing the garments as sculptural objects in motion. This collection aestheticizes the surreal—blending rich, deep hues with liquid-like sequined panels and sharp tailoring—to create an enduring, sophisticated portfolio that feels both timeless and provocatively modern. Every frame prioritizes texture, scale, and the architectural geometry of the garments, confirming Schiaparelli’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship as a medium for grand, wearable art.
