Entertainer Lexie Liu is captured in a comprehensive editorial series for Puss Puss Magazine, lensed by photographer Nick Thompson. The project explores a wide range of environments, shifting from clean, white-walled studio portraits to gritty, industrial settings defined by stacked tires and corrugated metal. Across the series, the aesthetic remains grounded in an analogue film approach, often featuring visible sprocket holes and dark frame borders that lend a raw, tactile quality to the imagery. Fashion editor and stylist Phoebe Lettice Thompson curates a diverse wardrobe, blending textured layers, vibrant patterns, and contemporary tailoring to create a distinct visual narrative. The production is rounded out by hair stylist Daniel Martin, makeup artist Joey Choy, and set designer Ciaran Linden Beale, who build out both domestic and surrealist environments. With production managed by Alexandra Georgette Oley and editorial guidance from Editor-in-Chief Maria Joudina-Robinson, the series leans into an editorial, vertical format that emphasizes clean framing and natural light.
