Numero Netherlands: Private Motion

Private Motion is a fashion editorial series produced for Numero Netherlands, featuring model Xie Chaoyu. The project explores silhouette and texture through a minimalist studio lens, utilising directional lighting to emphasise the sculptural nature of the garments. The series employs techniques such as multiple exposure to suggest dynamic movement, alongside varied studio backgrounds that range from clean white seamless to stark monochrome. The editorial direction is led by Timotej Letonja and Jana Letonja, with photography by Polina and Vladimir Mordvinovs. The visual identity is anchored by the collaborative efforts of hair stylist Andrea Missiti and makeup artist Francesca Vinciguerra, who work to shift the model's presentation across the editorial frames.
