VANTA is a high-fashion editorial series featured in Numero Netherlands, characterized by a moody, monochromatic aesthetic that leans into architectural silhouettes. Captured by photographer Calvin Pausania, the project centers on a stark contrast between glossy black garments and icy, frosted elements, set against soft-transitioning blue-grey gradient backdrops. The series utilizes deliberate beauty lighting and chiaroscuro techniques to highlight both the models' expressions and the fine jewelry pieces featured throughout. Creative collaboration includes hair styling by Raynald Bernard and makeup artistry by Manon Cana, with casting directed by Marvin Latournald. The resulting visual language is polished and clean, emphasising texture—from patent leather to pavé diamonds—within a minimalist studio environment.
